Default desktop in 4MLinux 12.0
The
main features in this release are maintenance (4MLinux Backup Scripts 12.0, ClamAV
0.98.6, MBR and GPT partitioning
software, data recovery and wiping), multimedia (MPlayer SVN-r37369, FFmpeg Git-2015-02-05), mini
server (FTP, HTTP, SSH with SFTP, Telnet), and mystery (a set of small
games). The X Window System is based on X.Org Server 1.17.1, Mesa
10.5.1, JWM 2.2.2, GTK+ 2.24.26, FLTK 1.3.3, and the FOX toolkit 1.6.50. Fully automatic
installation of the "vanilla" versions of many applications (such as Firefox 36.0.1, Java RE
8u40, LibreOffice 4.4.2) is also supported. The size
of the ISO image is about 71 MB.
